This course includes corporate valuation by the way of EIC framework, projecting free cash flows, technical issues in projecting financial statements and forecasting financial needs, estimating the weighted average cost of capital, Portfolio models, stock analysis including derivatives and preparing simple and complex financial models.

Course Duration



The duration of the course is Six months (6 months).

Examination Months:

Exam for module -1 can be written after 3 months and mod – 2 after 6 months of registration.



Examination Centres in India
There are no examination centre. Both exam are conducted online on the website

Certification
On clearing the first Module a candidate will be awarded "Certification in Company Valuation and Modeling"

On Completion of the second module a candidate will be awarded "Certification in Portfolio and Fund Management"

After Passing both modules a candidate will be awarded

"Diploma in Stock Analysis and Portfolio Management"
